Roses are red, dresses are blue

A couple of years ago, I discovered Amanda Uprichard in the Georgetown boutique Cusp. The collection features silky dresses, punchy colors, and most importantly - uber flattering cuts. This one in particular, the hi-lo royal blue racerback with neon detail, is a favorite for summer events.
